Background

Tracy received her law degree from Stanford Law School in the top 10% of her class (Order of the Coif).  She received her undergraduate degree from Harvard University, also in the top 10% (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa).

Before striking out on her own, Tracy practiced in both large and small law firms in Portland, Oregon, gaining pretrial, trial, and appellate experience.  


In addition to her law degree, Tracy has a master's in teaching and teaches law to paralegal students.  She thus brings her skills as an instructor and public speaker to any legal case she accepts.

Tracy is a member of the Oregon State Bar.  She is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
